WINE LAB was established by Peter Hwang in 1999 and specialises in New World Fine wines, His many years wine buying and true love for wine led expansion to 4 stores covering a diverse range of prices and styles but all of exemplary quality. Each member of the WINE LAB team plays a vital role in making the business work and they are truly dedicated to customer satisfaction with wine and spirit knowledge that goes far beyond passion.

We’re passionate about wine, and know many of our customers feel the same way. So we are committed to offering the nation’s best wine selection, with an emphasis on fine wines. We’re also committed to having the lowest prices on wine, spirits and beer every day. Our tremendous buying power and special relationships with producers, importers and wholesalers bring us considerable savings, which we pass on to our customers.
