EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We want you to be delighted with your order of WINE LAB. However, if you want to return an item, we’re here to help. you can easily return your purchase within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or refund via the original payment method. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any shipping costs but we will send any new exchange items free of postage charges.
Please email info@winelab.co.nz so that we know to expect your return and can give you the correct return address details.
Please also make sure your items are securely wrapped so that they are returned to us without damage.
EXCHANGE / REFUND GUIDELINE
– You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
– Only items that have been directly purchased from WINE LAB can be returned.
– Please ensure that the item you’re returning is in its original packaging.
– Opened items cannot be returned.
– damaged in transit or missing from the delivery then under the terms and conditions you must notify the WINE LAB customer service team no later than three days after the receipt of products.
How to return an item
Make sure your items are securely wrapped so that they are returned to us without damage. Ship the box to the following address:

Refunds
As soon as we’ve received your package and it was returned according to our return policy, we’ll immediately initiate a refund. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. The same payment method used for your initial payment will be used for your refund. Please remember that it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your bank statement.
