Medium dry in style, Juliet Riesling displays aromas of apricot and lime zest which are mixed with honeydew, fresh ginger and floral notes. The palate is delicate and pretty with ripe phenolic structure releasing pithy citrus flavours of bitter orange and marmalade.

Sourced from our Brookby Hill vineyard in the Omaka Valley, the fruit for this wine was hand harvested over multiple picks to maximise the flavour profile. The
grapes were lightly whole bunch pressed and the juice was then fermented at cool temperatures (7 degrees) to retain crisp fruit intensity. Fermentation was stopped when the sugar and acidity were perfectly balanced. The wine then rested on lees for 4 months to gain texture and palate weight.
The acidity, texture and minerality of this wine interplay harmoniously.
